Front Porch Ministry

Front Porch Ministry has many ways for you to be involved.  These include:

0. Financial Support (Front Porch needs your help to become a full-time ministry)
   • Ongoing monthly support
   • One time gift
0. Prayer Shield (a small group of committed people praying for the ever changing needs of this ministry)
0. Board of Directors formation
0. Outreach Response Team (see below)
0. Young Adult Mentors (both male and female)

Examples of

• Finances to assist people with utilities, food, basic needs, etc (current) 
• Sunday School help at Salvation Army Church (current)
• Donations of clothing, beds - especially twin beds or bunk beds (current)
• ORT – The Outreach Response Team - behind the scenes production of outreaches – Marketing, Setup, Facepainting, etc. (current)
• Basketball coaches and asst coaches (current)
• Scholarships for After School Program at Salvation Army 
• Prom Dress Donations
• Camp Scholarships
• Basketball League
  • Sponsors for the Salvation Army League
  • Coaches, time operators, etc.
• Adopt a family for Christmas – there are LOTS of families that fall through the cracks and do not qualify or do not
• sign up in time for Angel Tree or other assistance.
• After school program at the Salvation Army (current)
• Mentoring for boys and girls (would like to start)
• Financial counciling (would like to start)
